HOW IT BEGAN
Born from a real need
Studio Anari was founded with a deeply held belief: everyone deserves a beautifully designed home — and the experience of creating it should feel just as good as the result.
The idea was born from watching Kenyans abroad pour their savings into building and renovation projects back home, only to face the stress of managing everything from thousands of miles away. Missed timelines. Unclear communication. Decisions made without guidance. It was a process that too often felt overwhelming rather than exciting.
We set out to change that. To create a studio that brings professional design, transparent communication, and genuine care to every project — whether our clients are across the city or across the world. Because the journey of creating your home should be one you actually enjoy.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Anne
Founder & Principal Designer
With over five years of experience under my belt, I have had the opportunity to work across both residential and commercial spaces, creating interiors that are thoughtful, functional, and beautiful.
Having visited different countries and experienced life abroad, I’ve had the opportunity to see and experience different spaces, cultures, and ways of living. These experiences have shaped the way I see design and how thoughtfully designed spaces can influence the way we live and feel.
I also understand that building or renovating a home in Kenya from miles away can come with its own set of challenges — the distance, the uncertainty, and the need to have someone you can genuinely trust on the ground. These are some of the reasons Studio Anari exists.
My approach is rooted in careful listening, structured communication, and an unwavering commitment to quality. I want you to feel confident, informed, and truly excited at every stage of the journey, knowing your vision is in safe hands.
